“I don’t think I’m going to blow out any candles,” the youthful Young quipped during a brief interview just before the event, held at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis and benefiting the Andrew J. Young Foundation.
“I’ve got a few more things on my bucket list. Enough to keep me going another 20 years.”
In addition to the guest of honor and his wife Carolyn Young (pictured above as they share a kiss), guests included Mayor Kasim Reed and his wife Sara Langford-Reed, Clifford “T.I.” Harris, Jr., film director Ava Duvernay (SELMA), Martin Luther King III, Keri Hilson, Evander Holyfield, Ludacris‘ wife Eudoxie Fabiola Agnan Bridges, comedian Chris Tucker and fiancée Cynne Simpson, Lyfe Jennings, Ryan & Marsha Glover and many more.
